PAYMENT: 

The Kayeri Akweks Art online store accepts payments through our Shopify website. Shopify accepts payments from most credit card companies.

 

PRICES:

32"x24" and 24”x32” Limited Edition, signed and numbered, documentation included, $300.

24”x18” and 18”x24” Limited Edition, signed and numbered, documentation included, $200.

16”x12” and 12”x16” Open Edition, $100.

12”x9” and 9”x12” Open Edition, $50.

MATERIALS:

Each print is printed by Vistra Printing and Frames in Eugene, Oregon on heavy 100% cotton rag paper, using archival pigment inks. 

 SHIPPING:

Kayeri Akweks Art uses Vistra Printing and Frames in Eugene, Oregon to ship all items. We offer free shipping throughout the continental United States. Purchases sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will have a shipping charge based upon the weight and dimensions of the package, and the address included in the order process.

 

At this time, we only ship to the US and Canada.

 

Once payment for the order is received, we strive to have the item shipped within seven business days. If that is not possible, we will notify the purchaser by email of the delay.

Prints (sizes 12”x9”, 16"x12" and 24"x18") are securely shipped, flat, in sleeves with a foam core board, and inside sturdy cardboard flat art boxes. Print (size 32"x24") is securely shipped rolled in a tube. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

All sales are final. We do not do refunds. Please ensure that your order is correct before you purchase.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

Kayeri Akweks Art has chosen Vistra Printing and Frames in Eugene, Oregon as our shipper due to their excellent ‘secure delivery’ record. They utilize FedEx. Once the item has been shipped, the Customer will receive a shipped order notice and a tracking number.  

In the unlikely event an item is damaged or lost during delivery, the Customer should immediately contact fedex.com/claims and follow their claims process as closely as possible. Please contact us through our CONTACT page. We will contact Vistra Printing and Frames in Eugene, Oregon and communicate with the Customer throughout the claims process. Once a Claim Approval Notice has been secured, Kayeri Akweks Art will replace the lost or damaged item.
